Mini Sports Arena at a Residential Project
The Client
Gera Developers, one of India’s leading residential real estate developers created a new living concept in Goa called River of Joy.
The Objective
As part of the new venture, Gera approached us to create a mini sports arena inside the project. The arena would enable residents to enjoy a variety of sports within the privacy and comfort of their own gated community. Being one the leading developers, Gera wanted to ensure that the sport facility does not compromise on quality, attention to detail and the same international standards we bring to all our projects.
Project Description
Now open for residents of River of Joy to explore, we successfully built 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, a cricket pitch and one 5 a side football pitch. We were able to complete all these within the strict budget given to us by Gera, without ever compromising on quality. In a city where it’s not easy to access private sports training facilities, Michezo’s state of the art facility encourages more people to take up sport, who otherwise would not have the opportunity or inclination.
